Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. (AHF) is seeking an Associate Asset Manager to join our expanding team. This position supports the ongoing financial, operational, compliance, and risk management oversight of AHF's multifamily real estate portfolio. The Associate Asset Manager will work closely with senior leadership, Property Management, Accounting, Development, Construction, lenders, investors, insurance partners, and other internal and external stakeholders. The role will be responsible for monitoring assigned assets, analyzing property performance, coordinating required reporting, supporting risk management activities, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the long-term financial and operational performance of the portfolio. This position is ideal for an analytical, highly organized real estate professional who is ready to expand their experience in affordable and multifamily housing asset management.
