About The Position

Bridge Development Fund Manager is seeking an Associate to join a regional investment team and support multifamily investments throughout the full ownership life cycle, from delivery and lease-up through stabilization, ongoing asset management, refinancing, joint venture partner buyout or crystallization, and disposition. The Associate works alongside the Senior Associate and regional Director, who own the portfolio and partner relationships. The role combines asset performance monitoring with analysis of capital stacks, joint venture agreements, and buyout structures. The Associate builds analysis supporting those discussions and may take direct ownership of assets over time. The position is based in Salt Lake City, with travel to properties and partner offices as needed. The role includes maintaining investment business plans, models, and reforecasts; analyzing valuations, waterfalls, and hold-sell decisions; supporting capital events and financing transactions; monitoring leasing and property operations; and preparing asset, valuation, investment committee, fund cash forecasting, and investor reporting materials. The regional teams are small, making the work visible and providing a stated path toward running a region.

  • Participate in weekly property manager and partner calls.
  • Review partner development draws and fee calculations, and prepare approval recommendations.
  • Review monthly financials and budget-to-actual performance, and confirm lender reporting requirements are met.
