About The Position

Assessment Services help customers save time, reduce cost, and lower risk by providing clear insights across key IT domains such as Datacenter, Cloud, Storage, and Networking. As an Associate Assessment Consultant (Technical), you will support the delivery of customer assessments under the guidance of senior consultants, contributing to the full assessment lifecycle from pre-sales handoff through analysis and final deliverable. You will work closely with Sales, Delivery, GTM, and Customer Success teams while developing your technical skills and consulting expertise.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, datacenter-related technologies, or a related technical field
  • Foundational understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • 1–2 relevant vendor certifications (or willingness to obtain within a defined onboarding timeframe)
  • Analytical and problem‑solving aptitude with a desire to develop the ability to explain technical findings clearly to customers
  • Exposure to or interest in creating technical reports or assessment deliverables
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma in a technology‑related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Responsibilities

  • Support the scoping and drafting of assessment statements of work (SOWs) under senior consultant guidance, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and delivery standards
  • Assist in executing customer assessments by collecting, validating, and organizing technical data from on‑prem and cloud environments using approved tools and methods
  • Help guide customers through data collection activities, including remote access setup and assessment tooling, with support from senior team members
  • Analyze customer data against technical and business requirements to identify risks, optimization opportunities, and initial recommendations for senior review
  • Support assigned assessment projects by contributing to task planning, milestone tracking, and customer communication under direction
  • Maintain accurate project updates and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Contribute to high‑quality, customer‑facing deliverables using standard templates and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, GTM, Customer Success) to support a smooth and professional customer experience
  • Follow established standards, tools, and processes while sharing observations that may support continuous improvement
