About The Position

The e-commerce Flex Associate Art Director is a pro-active team member who supports the Image Team to deliver imagery that is relevant and inspiring to customers, while meeting business goals. This is a flexible schedule, as needed position and not Full-time. Hours and scheduling will depend on volume of work.

Requirements

Bachelors or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years experience; some high-volume e-commerce
Clear and effective communication; strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment and quickly respond to shifting business needs
Team player with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Curiosity around learning new things and uncovering opportunities
Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, InDesign
Flexibility in hours during peak periods will be required

Responsibilities

Choose final selects and direct post-production team for e-commerce sell shots that effectively drive sales online
Partner with Sr. Art Director to understand and apply knowledge of different customer segmentation/brand aesthetics in the editing process
Assist Sr. Art Director in document creation and pulling creative swipe for special projects and photoshoots
Effectively and proactively communicate and collaborate with peers and leaders from all divisions to ensure project outcomes align with priorities and creative direction
Ensure timelines are managed effectively and executed consistently
Stay current on the design/fashion industry including global and consumer trends; build knowledge of fashion and retail trends
Adhere to budgets by maximizing efficiencies in workflow
Actively contribute to creating a positive work environment and team morale
