Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.F.A.) from four-year college or university in Graphic Design, Art, or other relevant area
  • 6+ years of relevant design experience
  • 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite/PowerPoint, and Keynote.

Responsibilities

  • Translate client marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences
  • Design compelling graphic solutions across live environments, virtual experiences, digital and print
  • Present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Be responsible, organized and accountable for your work and deadlines
  • Understanding of production methods of execution
  • Ability to mentor junior team members
  • Communicate feedback to team members in a constructive fashion
  • Collaborate within the Creative department and across the organization
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, competence, professionalism and authenticity
  • Stay current with design trends and apply them to work where relevant
