About The Position

MAS creates bold experiences for brands that make audiences feel something MORE. We are an award-winning experiential agency driven by people who care deeply about the work and the impact it creates. We design immersive environments, live moments, and digitally integrated experiences that challenge brands to move beyond the expected. Our culture is rooted in curiosity, conviction, and a willingness to take the right risks. We believe the most powerful experiences resonate emotionally and deliver measurable business results. Associate Art Directors on the spatial team are emerging spatial designers with an exceptional creative eye, strong visual instincts, and foundational 3D design skills that we can continue to grow and foster. This person supports the development of physical brand experiences, helping translate creative concepts into mood boards, floor plans, 3D models, sourcing references, and client-facing presentation materials. They are curious, highly visual, and excited to go deep into aesthetic research, details, references, and spatial possibilities. They should be comfortable exploring ideas, clearly communicating their thinking, and collaborating closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, Strategists, and Producers. This is a hands-on creative support role for someone who is eager to learn the full process of experiential design. The ideal candidate has taste, curiosity, momentum, and a strong desire to understand how creative ideas become physical environments.
