About The Position

We are looking for a skilled finance professional with strong SAP expertise to join the Finance Application Functional Support (FAFS) team. The role will focus on providing Level 1 functional support for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO), ensuring timely resolution of user issues and stability of finance operations. Requirements

  • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO modules)
  • Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting field
  • 3–8 years of experience in SAP FICO support or consulting

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow / ITSM tools / Jira (preferred)
  • SAP certification (FI/CO) – optional but preferred
  • Experience in global support environment, especially North America, is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact (L1) for finance users, handling functional queries related to SAP FI and CO modules
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within defined SLAs
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to L2/L3 teams while maintaining ownership
  • Support financial processes within SAP S/4HANA and ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and optimization
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow / Service Central
  • Ensure adherence to SLA / KPI targets and reporting standards
  • Facilitate smooth coordination between business and technical teams
  • Contribute to SOPs, knowledge articles, and standard solutions
  • Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Provide dedicated support aligned to North America business operations
  • Ensure effective communication and timely resolution across US/Canada entities
