About The Position

This position will support the distribution, maintenance and production of multiple recurring reports or workflows in order to drive improvements and identify opportunities across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations. This includes building lower complexity reports as needed, identifying & fixing report issues, and assisting with ad hoc data pulls.

Requirements

• Understand how to pull and aggregate data across primary data sources with some guidance.
• Produce and distribute multiple recurring reports or workflows utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL and Tableau.
• Troubleshoot front-end report issues independently and escalate when support is needed.
• Answer questions and make updates as needed using knowledge about report logic and relevant data in all reports for which they are responsible.
• Participate actively in all working sessions.
• Send recaps from meetings.
• Maintain up to date documentation for reports, processes and analysis assumptions.
• Keep track of assigned work and balance multiple priorities in order to complete work timely.
• Partner with stakeholders by clearly responding to questions about reports or workflows for which they are responsible.
• Raise awareness when issues arise that impact a report(s).
