Associate Analyst, Material Planning (Hybrid Schedule)
About The Position
The Associate Material Planning Analyst will support the coordination and execution of Inventory Management including storeroom replenishment, vendor execution, department process, as well as supporting overall system data integrity. Responding to emergency situations to meet customers’ needs is part of every employee’s role. If employed, you will be given an Emergency Restoration assignment. This means you may be called to assist during an emergency outside of your normal responsibilities, work hours and location.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze information
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Suite (Excel; Word; PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, related discipline or equivalent experience
- Zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience
- Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.
- Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Monitors inventory levels and material demand for assigned location(s) and replenishes inventory ensuring appropriate on-hand quantities.
- Assists with maintaining accurate records of corporate inventory and assigned location(s).
- Works with assigned locations and suppliers to ensure Eversource inventory needs are supported in a timely accurate manner.
- Expedites past due orders with suppliers and communicates delivery information to business partners.
- Maintains Open order integrity Item Master data maintenance, adding new items, revisions, and phase out/phase in.
- Assists with coordination of quarantined materials, return to vendor, follow through to final disposition.
- Assists other analysts on major projects.
