About The Position

The Voluntary Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely announcement and processing of Domestic and International Voluntary Corporate Action events within a high-energy, fast-paced team environment. This role is part of the Operations and Services Group (OSG), which provides superior customer service to Fidelity’s brokerage businesses through innovation, dedication, and commitment to excellence. OSG operates across seven divisions nationwide, offering securities execution, clearance, and information management services to retail, institutional, and correspondent clients, processing tens of thousands of transactions daily across various asset classes.

Requirements

  • 3 years of Domestic and International Corporate Actions experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional approach through all communication methods.
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively and assertively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven capacity to prioritize, meet deadlines, identify operational risks and red flags.
  • An ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of Brokerage Operations Experience preferred
  • FINRA license(s) preferred not required

Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely announcement and processing of Domestic and International Voluntary Corporate Action events.
  • Managing trade settlement and securities lending activity within the confines of Voluntary Corporate Action events.
