About The Position

The Associate Analyst, Alternative Investments processes client distributions accurately and on time to mitigate risk and exposure to the organization. The work is performed daily and requires adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The Asset Review team oversees onboarding new alternative investments onto the platform and maintaining existing products. The Alternative Investments group supports all Fidelity lines of business and handles end-to-end operations, including asset onboarding, transactions, reconciliation, and service requests.

Requirements

• College degree preferred.
• Prior experience with alternative investments and distributions preferred.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Team player able to help maintain a positive work environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and processes.
• Exceptional quality and productivity in the current role.
• Ability to handle and resolve complex problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex processes.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Access.
