We are seeking an entry-level AI Engineer to help build and optimize our machine learning systems. In this role, you will work on data-matching projects, automate workflows, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to improve data processing accuracy. Location: If New Jersey is based this role will be hybrid. Open to remote for outside of New Jersey If you reside in the state of New Jersey, you'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute as you take on some tough challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience programming skills in Python and standard ML libraries

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with AWS services and architecture
Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, or LLM workflows
Basic understanding of infrastructure tools like Terraform

Responsibilities

Assist in building and tuning machine learning and NLP models
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making
Support the implementation of RAG pipelines and search systems
Write Python code to clean, transform, and prepare large datasets
Help deploy and run AI models within cloud environments
