As an AI Agent Analyst (Associate), you will play a key role in building, operating, and improving AI-powered agents that support customer experience, risk operations, and internal workflows. This role is designed for high-potential, early-career individuals who are excited about AI and want to operate with ownership from day one. You will work closely with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to help design, train, tune, and optimize AI agents in real-world environments. You will actively operate and improve AI systems, with the expectation that you grow quickly into owning use cases and contributing to the AI roadmap.
