Associate Agent
About The Position
The Associate Agent program offers a limited incentive-opportunity for qualifying candidates. This program is designed to support early success by rewarding eligible candidates for meeting new business production and criteria while they work towards a full time appointment to become a Full time Farmers Agent. Eligible Associate agents may receive up to $25,600 in bonus opportunities and lead bucks if production milestones and graduation requirements are met within the designated timeframe. Training: You will be trained and mentored by a top 1% Presidents Council District Office and Agency environment where you will learn both the product and sales portion of our industry.
Requirements
- Must at minimum have an active Property and Casualty License- Life and Health license must be obtained either prior or during the program.
- Must be able to pass a Criminal background check
- Must have experience in Sales OR Insurance Benefits
