About The Position

Vosberg Wealth Management is a retirement-focused financial planning practice based in Glendora, CA. We specialize in helping individuals over 50 navigate retirement with confidence — covering everything from retirement income planning and Social Security to tax planning, Medicare, and investment management. As a fiduciary, we are committed to providing independent, personalized advice in the best interest of every client we serve. We take a structured, step-by-step approach to financial planning and pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with the people we work with. We are looking for a driven and client-focused Associate Advisor to work directly alongside our lead financial advisor. This is more than a support role — you will actively participate in client meetings, contribute to financial plan development, and build toward managing your own client relationships as the practice grows. This role has the opportunity for advancement into a Financial Planner role. If you want to be part of a fast-growing firm with opportunity for advancement, this is the opportunity for you.
