Who you are: As an Associate Advisor, you will be responsible for performing functions of a Registered Associate but with significantly greater independence and responsibility; and having the knowledge required to make investment recommendations to our customers. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses; or, FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses; or, the ability to obtain necessary licenses within 90 days
  • Texas Group 1 Insurance License (Life, Accident, Health, and HMO) or, the ability to obtain necessary licenses within 90 days
  • Current or past experience selling investment products and services with 2+ years Investment Services experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Responsibilities

  • Assist Wealth Advisor on marketing, business development, seminar preparation and presentation
  • Prepare and conduct educational seminars for branch personnel in order to enhance referral sources
  • Assist Wealth Advisor with implementation of financial planning services for Investment customers
  • Conduct appointments with customer for purposes of selling appropriate mutual funds or other investments
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
