About The Position

This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across Midwest Dairy. Working closely with the Account Service Manager (ASM), this role helps bring campaigns, partnerships, and events to life through strong project coordination, communication, and execution. The Associate Account Service Manager plays a key role in ensuring marketing programs are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with organizational priorities. This includes supporting cross-functional collaboration, managing workflows, and coordinating the logistics of experiential activations, events, and campaigns. As the Associate Account Service Manager, you will contribute to both the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives, gaining exposure to strategy while building strong project management and stakeholder partnership skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, project coordination, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, event management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Foundational understanding of integrated marketing channels
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Basic understanding of budgets, metrics, and campaign performance

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with event planning or experiential marketing is a plus
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the ASM to execute integrated marketing initiatives from kickoff through completion
  • Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, conferences, and consumer activations
  • Manage campaign assets across print, digital, social, and experiential channels
  • Support vendor coordination including venues, permits, catering, travel, and promotional materials
  • Assist with on-site execution to ensure a seamless and on-brand experience
  • Track timelines, milestones, and project progress to keep work on schedule
  • Anticipate challenges and help resolve issues to maintain momentum
  • Support budget tracking and expense coordination
  • Assist in compiling campaign recaps and performance insights
  • Partner with the ASM to support relationships with internal teams and external vendors
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal marketing coordination and event collaboration
  • Develop stakeholder communications including status updates, agendas, and recaps
  • Translate business needs into clear creative briefs and project plans
  • Ensure timely follow-up on deliverables and action items across teams
  • Maintain project tracking systems and workflow updates
  • Coordinate across creative, communications, sales, and partnership teams
  • Proactively identify risks, timeline shifts, or resource challenges
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows
