As our Associate Account Manager on the Management Liability team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating the Communication Log daily, creating transmittal letters and other correspondence letters, department scanning, and maintaining agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.

Responsibilities
