The Associate Account Manager role requires an individual who is professional and courteous, and who displays drive, determination, pro-activity, and self-motivation. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-year professional/office experience preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to MS Office and automated agency management systems
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy is critical to this position
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Above average mathematical skills
  • Ability to work in a positive team environment accepting constructive criticism
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • High school or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Executives and Account Managers, Producers and Clients will include but is not limited to:
  • Preparing Bonds for Delivery, which includes Printing and Scanning
  • Data Entry in the Agency System and Bond System
  • Invoicing
  • Checking Bonds & Bond Documents for accuracy and communicating to the preparing any corrections needed
  • Process/Prepare Consents of Surety and Close Outs
  • Renew and write miscellaneous bonds related to contract bonds (may include communication with the client and/or underwriters with the bonding company)
  • Meeting timelines as required by the Client, Producer or Account Managers
  • Adhere to all Agency systems, procedures, and state regulations
  • Assume other job responsibilities as requested by supervisor
