The ideal candidate for this position will be personable, hardworking, and dedicated to growing their book of business. Candidates should have the ability to work in teams and independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment in order to meet deadlines and goals. This position will be based in Phoenix, AZ.
Requirements
- College degree
- Previous success in a sales role essential
- Must acquire Insurance license within 3 months of employment (employer paid)

Responsibilities
- Marketing, prospecting, selling, and managing commercial lines insurance products and client relationships.
- Execution of our comprehensive sales process which includes successful prospecting, planning, and gaining new business.
- Actively cross-sell full range of insurance products. Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and cross-sales goals.
- Actively call on identified target industry prospects to lead new business development and client acquisition eff
- Meet with prospective clients to obtain information about their current business model and their insurance needs for the future.
- Develop proposals and make recommendations.
- Provide insurance counseling, giving advice on coverage levels, insurance types, explaining terms, etc.
- Must have effective working relationships with our service associates.
