The Associate Account Executive (AAE) supports the sales organization by driving strong execution at the account and category level. This role partners closely with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver operational excellence, execute go‑to‑market plans, and support disciplined growth. The AAE builds foundational retail planning acumen, including Open‑to‑Buy (OTB), inventory flow, and receipt timing, to ensure recommendations are both compelling and actionable.
