Archipelago is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our growing go-to-market and sales organization. This role is responsible for helping preserve and expand our customer base by supporting sales leadership through reporting, forecasting, and data analysis. The Associate Account Executive will work alongside experienced sales professionals to identify growth opportunities and help turn them into profitable, long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a background in risk management or property broking, a talent for customer service, and the ability to balance a customer-first mindset with a results-driven approach. This role involves assisting sales leadership with building pipeline, acquiring new logos, and the associated ARR attributed to those logos. Using analytical skills, the Associate Account Executive will assess customer data to surface trends, flag risks, and identify expansion opportunities within the existing customer base. They will also help nurture and maintain strong relationships with current customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention. Success in this role requires cross-functional collaboration with marketing, business development, sales engineering, and sales development representatives to support the end-to-end sales process. The Associate Account Executive will prepare polished presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, clearly conveying insights and recommendations. A strong understanding of the risk management landscape is essential for positioning Archipelago's solutions effectively with companies that own and/or occupy over $8B of commercial property. This includes assessing pain points and value alignment with the solution, developing a comprehensive understanding of each prospect, coordinating the involvement of sales engineering, and helping drive the contracting process to completion. This role involves building relationships, conducting research, and supporting the end-to-end sales process, with engagement through video conference calls and in-person meetings requiring travel. The Associate Account Executive will use their best judgment to determine the most effective methods and timing to move opportunities to completion. Candidates must be located in the New York, NY or San Francisco, CA metro areas.
