About The Position

As the Associate Account Executive (AAE) within School Uniforms, you will support the Account Growth Manager by managing day-to-day sales activity, account coordination, and client engagement within an assigned book of business. This role is focused on account management execution, sales support, and pipeline assistance, ensuring customers are well supported while enabling the AGM to focus on strategy and growth. The Associate AE works closely with the Account Growth Manager (AGM), Business Development Executive (BDE) and Sales Operations partners to help maintain existing business, surface incremental opportunities, and ensure a consistent and positive client experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of sales support, account management, or customer-facing roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Comfort working in CRM systems and cross-functional environments.
Interest in developing within a sales or account management career path.

Responsibilities

Support assigned schools by assisting with ongoing client communication, follow-ups, and requests.
Help maintain strong relationships through consistent touchpoints and responsiveness.
Assist with order coordination, program updates, and issue resolution in partnership with Sales Operations.
Ensure schools receive timely information related to products, timelines, and program execution.
Assist the Account Growth Manager with daily sales activities, including meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and outbound support.
Support scheduled outreach and engagement aligned to the AGM priorities.
Help coordinate and schedule meetings, including, reviews and check-ins.
Identify and flag potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities for the AGM to pursue.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Ability to consistently and accurately document opportunities and track each stage of the sales process in the CRM.
Assist with preparing materials related to opportunities, quotes, and account reviews.
Partner with Sales Operations to support order setup and execution, program launches and changes, and client-specific processes and reporting.
Act as a reliable connection point between the AGM, BDE, Sales Ops, and other Cross Functional Partners.
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and activity tracking.
Support reporting needs related to account activity and pipeline.
Ensure consistency and organization across assigned schools.
