Foundation for Jewish Camp (FJC) is dedicated to growing, supporting, and strengthening Jewish camp experiences across North America, recognizing their significant impact on Jewish identity, belonging, leadership, and community. The Access & Affordability portfolio at FJC focuses on increasing participation in Jewish camp by raising awareness, reducing financial barriers, supporting camp growth, and developing scalable models for broader accessibility. The Associate, Access & Affordability Initiatives will provide essential administrative, operational, and coordination support for these crucial initiatives. This role is integral to the day-to-day administration of programs aimed at expanding access to Jewish camp. The Associate will be responsible for coordinating communications, managing program records and technology systems, supporting participating camps, handling data and documentation, and assisting with the implementation of various affordability and access initiatives. Serving as a key operational and customer support resource, the Associate will help ensure a smooth and effective experience for families, camps, and partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities concurrently, with a preference for supporting complex work behind the scenes to ensure program success.
