Kind Behavioral Health is seeking an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the lives of children with Autism and their families, committed to a "gold standard" implementation of the science of ABA and evidence and data-based analyses, and looking to do their life's work in an environment where exceptional people can Think Big, Have Fun, Do Good and Be Kind. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic, fostering community within the clinic, conducting interviews, participating in outreach events, reviewing operational dashboards with the Clinic Director to identify and improve areas of opportunity, reviewing intake packets, supporting client/BCBA pairings, attending weekly caseload planning meetings, and participating in 1:1 supervision meetings with BCBAs and Clinic Directors. The role also includes leading RBT performance conversations and developing skills to advance to an Associate Clinic Director (Level 2), gaining experience in team leadership, clinic ownership, culture building, capacity building, BCBA supervision, operational knowledge, and KBH values.
