Sales Associates provide efficient and courteous customer service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide advice. They work collaboratively with their supervisors and other Sales Associates in various departments and services. Specialized departments and services include, but are not limited to: Lumber, Building Materials, Paint, Hardware, Electrical, Plumbing, Seasonal, and Tool Rental.
Requirements
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and reading skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Ask open-ended questions about customers' projects to determine their needs and expertise.
