EXPERT(E) EN SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE Nos expert(e)s en service à la clientèle sont responsables de l’ensemble du processus de suivi de la gestion des commandes clients (GCC), veillant ainsi à la satisfaction de la clientèle. L’étendue de ses responsabilités comprend, sans s’y limiter, les commandes spéciales, les commandes avec installation et les commandes en ligne. Ils/elles sont aussi en charge de traiter les appels en magasin, ainsi que de répondre aux demandes des clients qui se présentent au comptoir du service à la clientèle en magasin.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Good computer skills.
Structured and organized individual.
Willingness to work a variable schedule.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a talent for customer service.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to lift a load weighing up to 23 kg (50 lb), alone or with a colleague's help.
Attention to detail and autonomy, while also being able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the entire customer order management follow-up process (GCC), ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handling special orders, installation orders, and online orders.
Processing in-store calls.
Responding to customer requests at the customer service counter in-store.
