About The Position

The Boucherville Magasin is looking for a Store Sales Associate to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered. This role drives sales, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and meets operational expectations. The associate will maintain personal and productivity goals, establish a connection with each customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs, and possess the ability to learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs. Maintaining knowledge of all products through product training is essential. The associate will also contribute to brand awareness by helping the store manager use social media.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
• Motivated to achieve excellent results thanks to his enthusiasm for running.
• Autonomous, able to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays
