Responsibilities

  • Follows Company procedures when processing refunds and returns and completes all required forms accurately.
  • Helps customers with refunds, exchanges, questions, and directions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Keeps sales tax-exempt records accurate and up to date by following Company guidelines.
  • Sends damaged merchandise to Claims for processing and checks returned items against refund slips before placing them back on the sales floor.
  • Ensures all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor to support pricing and inventory accuracy.
  • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
