About The Position

Homesense is seeking store associates to join their team in a welcoming environment. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or already have experience, they would be delighted to work with you and help you grow. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills: able to explain things clearly, listen actively, and respond to concerns attentively.

No experience necessary; training will be provided.
Candidates aged 18 and over will be required to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Create a warm atmosphere by welcoming customers with a smile, helping them meet their needs, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
Take on various tasks, from serving customers at the checkout and assisting them in fitting rooms to supporting the warehouse and ensuring the store remains clean and welcoming.

Integrate into a close-knit and collaborative team, working together to achieve common goals.
