About The Position

Marshalls is seeking retail store associates to join their team in a welcoming environment. This role involves creating a warm atmosphere by greeting customers with a smile, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include a variety of tasks, from serving customers at the checkout and helping them in fitting rooms to supporting the stockroom and maintaining the cleanliness and welcoming appearance of the store. Associates are encouraged to seize growth opportunities by participating in learning and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
