We are seeking an Associate Scientific Director to join the Immunology Discovery group. The successful candidate will shape and execute strategies across established and novel pathways to advance drug discovery programs across the Immunology portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of target identification and validation as well as a track record of successfully leading matrixed teams across the organization or CROs to advance projects. People management experience, including coaching, mentoring and managing people for performance and scientific growth, is important for this position. Demonstrated ability to identify and execute academic collaborations to address impactful and novel immunological questions is highly desired.
