About The Position

The Associate Manager, Business Performance, Salty & Protein helps drive smarter business decisions by translating retail, category, customer, and consumer data into actionable insights and recommendations. This role supports the Salty & Protein business by monitoring performance against plan, identifying drivers of growth and risk, and providing visibility to opportunities that strengthen execution across the portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will connect marketplace trends, customer performance, and business objectives into clear performance narratives that inform planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a curious, analytical professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful business impact.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Analyze Salty & Protein business performance and identify key drivers of growth, share, risk, and opportunity.
Leverage syndicated POS and panel data, along with internal expertise, to understand business performance and marketplace dynamics.
Assess the impact of innovation, investment, pricing, competitive activity, timing shifts, and consumer trends on business results.
Develop clear, actionable insights and recommendations that help teams focus on key business priorities.
Synthesize data from multiple sources into concise performance narratives, scorecards, and business updates.
Partner with Brand, Finance, Commercial Planning, Investor Relations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure insights are incorporated into decision-making.
Support planning, forecasting, and business review processes by identifying assumptions, risks, and growth opportunities.
Monitor competitor performance, innovations, and emerging category, customer, and consumer trends that may impact business results.
