About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to lead campaign logistics, content, social and events for the Klim and 509 brands. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, filming or equivalent experience.
  • 0-5 years of marketing experience or relevant internships.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms like Shopify, Basecamp, Monday, a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for brand storytelling and customer engagement.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely
  • Thorough understanding of the powersports industry with customer expertise.
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with continuous change.
  • Ability to travel 25%

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
  • Own the social calendar, ensuring alignment with campaigns, product launches, and influencer activations and report on performance to maximize impact.
  • Influencer & Athlete/Ambassador Strategy: Oversee contracts, performance tracking, and ROI reporting.
  • Product Marketing & Launch Strategy: Develop compelling product messaging, feature-benefit narratives, and targeted positioning aligned with campaign goals.
  • Partnering with the marketing manager, create and manage go-to-market launch timeline from ideation through execution—to ensure timely delivery.
  • Budget Management: Manage influencer/event budgets; roll up total campaign spend for leadership.
