About the Job: The Associate Manager, Accounting & Reporting supports Yum Digital & Technology’s UK and Vietnam technology hubs and serves as a key member of the global Control organization. This role owns end‑to‑end accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance activities for both entities, including monthly close, quarterly tax provisions, statutory reporting, and annual financial statement audits. As the Associate Manager you will act as a trusted finance partner to cross‑functional stakeholders, lead through influence across shared services and third‑party providers and provide day‑to‑day leadership and development of a Senior Analyst. This position requires strong technical accounting expertise, sound professional judgment, and the ability to drive results in a fast‑paced, global environment. You will be required to attend the Louisville, KY office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). Salary Range: $110,500- $125,000 + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
