About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring that all Safety, LP, and HR policies are followed daily. The Associate E-Comm Fulfillment Center Advisor will manage AutoZoners to ensure all orders are picked, processed, and shipped on time. Key aspects of the role include talent development, organizing and planning the workday, motivating, coaching, and disciplining AutoZoners, reviewing their progress, and helping to define problems and identify possible solutions for unusual issues that arise in the business. The role also involves monitoring store replenishment, ensuring adherence to the work schedule, and ensuring great recovery and smooth shift changes.

Requirements

Understanding of the demands of a fast-paced work environment involving selecting, Inbound and Outbound, VDP, processing, and Shipping
Organized

Ensuring the timely picking, packing, and processing of customer orders
Inspiring your team to make their FC second to none
Setting the stage for a safe workplace through safety training and accident preparedness
Assembling a top-notch team, including training, personnel development and evaluations, and corrective actions to improve performance
Guiding team members in daily operations to ensure the highest degree of safety, service, and quality
Helping to develop operational policies and procedures on issues that affect your team
Creating an open path of communication between you and your team
Evaluating current work methods and eliminating inefficiencies
