As LG H&H continues to expand its presence within the U.S. beauty market, we are seeking agile, entrepreneurial talent who can operate effectively within a fast-paced, lean, and highly collaborative global organization. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing cross-category marketing strategies for beauty brands with an emphasis on color cosmetics. The ideal candidate has successfully led product launches at major beauty and specialty retailers such as Ulta and Olive Young, and possesses deep expertise in brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, consumer insights, retail activation, and growth forecasting. This is a highly entrepreneurial role. Many of the brands will be newly introduced to the U.S. marketing, requiring the Associate Director to build the U.S. marketing strategy from the ground up. The role will partner closely with leadership to evaluate brand growth opportunities, identify market trends, assess the long-term potential of product and brand portfolios, and drive execution across key marketing initiatives. A critical responsibility will be determining whether brands and products are positioned to scale successfully within the U.S. market and leading the execution required to achieve that growth.
