About The Position

Alkermes is seeking a highly motivated Associate Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to support the development and execution of HEOR strategies within its psychiatry portfolio. This individual will lead the generation and communication of evidence demonstrating the clinical, economic, and patient-centered value of ARISTADA, Alkermes’ long-acting injectable for people living with schizophrenia. This individual will also support the Head of Psychiatry HEOR on other activities across the psychiatry franchise as needed. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the successful candidate will support a broad range of HEOR activities, including generation of real-world evidence (RWE), health economic models and assessments, payer value communications, scientific presentations and publications, and other strategic support throughout the product lifecycle. This position reports to the Head of Psychiatry HEOR and will collaborate extensively with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, external research partners, and thought leaders. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
