See Yourself as an Assoc Delivery Manager Perform the basic functions in at least multiple elements of Delivery - Planning, organizing, customer relationships, technical and business knowledge, conflict resolution, financials, communications, risk/issue management, and influencing. Usually under general supervision, performs moderately complex assignments. Translates conceptual guidance into specific tasks. Performs tasks with minimal oversight. Work products are limited to Enterprise Delivery and/or the particular project/product assigned to within Radian’s IT Department. See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities Fully own and manage project/product assignments within Radian's IT Department: Acting in a Scrum Master capacity: lead dedicated teams to deliver business functionality through development and quality assurance execution provided by subject matter experts on their teams. Work with Product Owners to ensure timely delivery of prioritized requests generated by the Radian Business entities. Acting in a Project Management capacity: responsible for managing strategic business initiative scope, time, costs, quality, communications, resources, and risk. Support Enterprise Program Delivery portfolio management efforts, including: Ensure financial aspects projects are captured, tracked, and reported Provide decks and supporting materials as required Prepare metrics (e.g. capacity, velocity, points-per-team, etc.) Design, analyze, and create communications based off of CTO's requested projects Present portfolio deliverables to IT and Business Senior Leadership See the Job Specifications Your Knowledge: Possess 1+ years of knowledge of Radian Mortgage Insurance AND Real Estate Services industries. Possess 2+ years of professional experience working in Information Technology. Perform work effort in terms of planning, organizing, customer relationships, technical and business knowledge, conflict resolution, financials, communications, risk/issue management, and influencing Masters Degree in Project Management required. Your Skills and Abilities: Knows and effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and techniques necessary to perform multiple Delivery skills generally obtained from a combination of formal education, OJT, skill seminars, and corporate resource sharing. 1+ years of professional experience with the following technical tools: Advanced Excel Programming (macros, template creation), Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint Demonstrate strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with 1+ years of professional experience creating presentations through different types of media and presenting to Senior Leadership (videos, presentations, etc.) Experience working in a remote professional environment amongst culturally and geographically dispersed, multi-discipled professional knowledge workers Your Prior Work Experience: Technical: 1 - 3 years Supervisory: None Education and Credentials Required: Bachelor’s Degree, Concentration in Computer Science Preferred: Master’s Degree, Concentration in Project Management Other Certifications:: Bachelors’ degree in a related discipline and 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience (or an equivalent combination of training and professional experience that provides the requisite skill set). Relevant Graduate degree can offset at least 1 year of experience.
