Requirements

• University degree completed in Nursing or Nutrition
• Fluent English
• One year of experience in clinical education with patients, physicians, and/or chronic specialists
• Intermediate level of Excel

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and experience in promoting diabetes self-management
• Experience in the use and management of the Office package: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Previous experience in companies in the diabetes medical device or insulin pump sector is desirable

Responsibilities

• Performs face-to-face and/or consulting activities related to the management of patients with diabetes using Medtronic Diabetes products. This may include product demonstrations, support for clinical cases and the commercial team, as well as training professionals and users on Medtronic Diabetes products.
• Provides support to field personnel to ensure the best clinical outcomes and the highest level of service for Medtronic customers. This includes advising and/or training healthcare professionals (HCPs) on Medtronic Diabetes products and patient therapy management.
• Collaborates with the commercial team to develop and execute sales plans within one or more business units.
• Participates in congresses, forums, and meetings to increase knowledge and adoption of products.
• Identifies growth opportunities and facilitates their execution in conjunction with the Diabetes Sales and Clinical Support team.
• Acts as a technical reference to support the commercialization of specific products and/or solutions from the Medtronic Diabetes portfolio.
