Requirements
- Key member of the administrative team of the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, staffing, influencing, coordinating and directing patient care delivery.
- Coordinating nursing, medical, administrative and ancillary patient care areas to meet hospital mission, visions and goals.
- Implementing standards of nursing practice that support and ensure quality patient care and appropriate staff providing nursing care in the designated area of clinical responsibility with University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
