Requirements

RESNA Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification (or ability to obtain if applicable).
Experience with Complex Rehab Technology (CRT), seating and positioning, mobility equipment, or DME/HME.
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible field-based schedule.
Passion for improving patient outcomes through individualized mobility solutions.
Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong knowledge of complex rehab equipment, seating and positioning, and DME/HME products
Understanding of insurance, reimbursement, and documentation requirements
Experience with patient evaluation, anatomical measurements, and equipment fitting
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based, customer-facing role
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management skills

Nice To Haves

post-secondary education in anatomy, physiology, orthotics, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients in homes, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and clinics to determine mobility, seating, and positioning needs.
Recommend customized complex rehabilitation and assistive technology solutions that maximize independence and quality of life.
Partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and caregivers throughout the evaluation, funding, and delivery process.
Complete detailed clinical evaluations, product recommendations, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate equipment trials, fittings, adjustments, and final deliveries to ensure optimal function and comfort.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper equipment use and long-term success.
Develop and strengthen referral relationships throughout the Harrisburg region.
Collaborate with internal clinical, customer service, and operations teams to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Stay current on CRT technology, reimbursement guidelines, and industry best practices.
