About The Position

GYMGUYZ San Francisco & Marin is looking for an energetic and client-focused Assisted Stretch Coach to provide personalized one-on-one assisted stretching and mobility sessions in clients’ homes and communities. This is a great opportunity for a fitness or wellness professional who enjoys helping clients improve mobility, flexibility, movement, and overall quality of life—without being tied to a traditional gym or studio.

Requirements

• Background in personal training, assisted stretching, mobility, or a related fitness/wellness field
• Strong understanding of anatomy, movement, and proper stretching techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it

Nice To Haves

• Assisted stretching or mobility experience preferred
• Relevant fitness/stretching certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretching and mobility sessions
• Assess client mobility, flexibility, goals, and comfort level
• Create personalized stretching sessions based on individual needs
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients
• Travel to client locations throughout your assigned service area
• Maintain accurate client/session notes and communicate with the GYMGUYZ team
