Requirements

A current state-approved Certified Medication Aide license is required.
Must be at least 19 years of age.
Must meet the general health requirements set forth by facility policies.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong sense of integrity are crucial.
Familiarity with administrative tools and documentation practices.

Nice To Haves

Formal training provided for the right candidate.
Ability to obtain a license.
40 hour required training for CMA license.

Responsibilities

Offering minimal assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and eating, ensuring that our residents feel supported and comfortable.
Assist residents with their needs, answering calls promptly and performing essential administrative tasks such as completing forms, charts, and reports.
Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment will be paramount, as you follow the facility's policies and procedures in accordance with regulations.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, demonstrating your commitment to the well-being of those under our conscientious care.
