Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
- Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required)
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Previous long-term care or assisted living experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support resident care through ongoing assessment and observation
- Provide high-quality nursing care to resident in accordance with care plans
- Admit, transfer, and discharge patients
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care and medications
- Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
- Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote overall resident well-being
