Requirements

Experience in a management role in Assisted Living or Memory Care
LPN/LVN License in Good Standing (Required)
1-2 years of experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
Proven survey history
Exceptional knowledge of State Regulations
Proven Leadership Skills
Team Builder
Experienced Educator
Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Various Others)
Excellent Communication Skills
