Requirements
- Active Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to resident care
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 25–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in a warm and supportive environment
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to ensure exceptional care
- Support resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
- Accurately document care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
