Requirements
- Active Ohio LPN license
- Reliable and compassionate
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise resident care in Assisted Living
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Communicate with physicians and families
- Supervise staff
- Complete charting and documentation
- Follow all state and facility regulations
