Requirements
- A heart for serving seniors – You’re compassionate, patient, and committed to making a difference.
- A collaborative spirit – You thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail – You ensure residents receive top-quality, individualized care.
- 2-3 years of experience in large Assisted Living Housekeeping preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring facility/common areas are kept swept, mopped, vacuumed, dusted and sanitized.
- Routinely clean residents’ apartments, common area bathroom facilities, and any other area in the Assisted Living Community.
- Responsible for responding to housekeeping requests by the various facility departments, residents, visitors and family members in a professional manner.
