About The Position

Legacy Village of Castle Pines in Colorado is looking to hire a service-oriented full-time Assisted Living Director / Resident Care Coordinator to oversee the implementation, delivery, and coordination of our resident services. This position earns a competitive salary of $65,000-$70,000/year. At Legacy Village of Castle Pines, we believe that the more our residents can be independent, the healthier they are and the better they feel. Requirements

  • 1 year or more of management experience in a senior living community
  • Ability to align with our mission to "Serve You Like Family"
  • Passion for working with seniors
  • Coaching and mentoring others
  • Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation, delivery, and coordination of resident services.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, general supervision, and scheduling of direct care staff.
  • Assist with implementing policies and procedures.
  • Support the growth goals of the community.
  • Ensure resident and family satisfaction.
  • Routinely review resident service plans for accuracy.
  • Connect personally with residents and their families in care plan meetings.
  • Provide timely responses to questions or concerns.
  • Participate in resident assessments.
  • Work closely with the wellness director to ensure resident services are personalized and meet their needs.
